An aluminium channel system with patented tilt adjustment, for a seamless frameless glass balustrade

The Versatilt aluminium channel system sets the new standard for face mount and deck mount channel installations, suiting 15mm toughened glass. Channels are available in a clear anodised finish at 4200mm long, with pre-drilled fixing holes and easy snap-on covers to conceal all fixings. Patented rotator plates allow friction fitting and tilt adjustment of glass inside the channel, while corner installations require no mitre cutting, as covers can simply be cut and channels butt joined.

Versatilt Concealed In Deck Mount

The glass is held in an aluminium channel recessed into the deck structure so the top sits flush with the decking, hiding the fixing for a seamless frameless finish.

Versatilt Deck Mount

The glass is held in an aluminium channel that fixes directly onto a timber or composite deck, giving a continuous, frameless look without individual spigots or core drilling.

Versatilt Face Mount

The glass is held in an aluminium channel bolted to the side face of a concrete slab or edge beam, keeping the walkable surface fully clear for a sleek frameless finish.
