Two ways to get your order
Pick it up. Collect it from your nearest depot. How soon it's ready depends on how heavy your order is.
Get it delivered. We deliver from eight depots across Australia. Your delivery day depends on your nearest depot and what day you order.
You can choose either option at checkout. Both are available on every trade account.
Collect from one of our depots
Place your order online, then collect from your selected depot. Your order is picked, packed and staged before you arrive, so you are not waiting at the counter.
Bring your order number and photo ID. If you are sending a driver or a subcontractor, the order number is all they need.
A suitable vehicle must be used for pickup. Glass Outlet reserves the right to reject any vehicle deemed unsuitable for the safe transport of your order. For details on vehicle and loading requirements, open our pickup guidelines below.
Prefer to drop in? Our depot team is always on hand for walk-in orders, with same-day pickup available on in-stock items.
Set by the weight of your order
Heavier orders need more time on the floor to pick, pack and stage for pickup safely.
Ready next business day
Place your order before the daily cut-off at 10:00am and we’ll have it staged and ready to collect the following business day
Ready in 2 business days
Larger orders are picked across two working days so everything is packed and palletised correctly for collection.
Delivery, scheduled by depot
Depots deliver in one of two ways: a scheduled catchment run, or flexible scheduling. Your delivery method is set by the postcode in your shipping address.
Catchment runs: each catchment is delivered on the same day every week. Order by 10am the previous business day before your run and you'll receive it the next day. Order after it and you move to the next available run for that catchment.
Flexible scheduling: our Adelaide, Derrimut, Ipswich and Perth depots don't run fixed catchment days. Orders are typically delivered within the current week or the week after.
- Catchment run depots: Order before the 10am cut-off on the day before the run to receive your order the next day.
- Flexible scheduling depots: Delivery is within the current week or the week after.
- If your postcode falls outside the listed catchments or your order weighs over 2 tonne, we will contact you about special delivery.
- Not applicable for Cut to Size, Special Orders or Custom Orders.
- On the occasion where stock is not available, we will provide you with an updated timeframe.
- Some product ranges will require a forklift to unload at the receiving end.
