Delivery Terms and Conditions

Delivery Access & Safety

To help ensure the safety of our delivery team and the efficient delivery of your goods, the following conditions apply:

•    Our delivery team will place goods at the first safe and reasonably accessible location within the front boundary of the property, as determined by the driver.
•    The delivery path and unloading area must be clear, safe and reasonably accessible and must not require the use of stairs, elevators, steep inclines or steep declines.
•    You are responsible for ensuring that a clear, safe and unobstructed delivery path and suitable unloading area are available before delivery.
•    Due to the size, weight and nature of our products, our delivery team is unable to manually carry goods over extended distances.
•    If the driver determines that safe and suitable access or an appropriate unloading location is not available, they may refuse to complete the delivery at the requested location. Alternative delivery arrangements may be required and additional delivery or redelivery charges may apply.

Delivery Day & Arrival Times

Our delivery service operates as an all day delivery service. We are unable to provide or guarantee a specific delivery time or delivery window.

Where requested, our driver will contact you prior to arrival. This call will generally be made after the preceding delivery has been completed and the driver is departing for your delivery address. The amount of notice provided may vary depending on the delivery route, time spent at preceding deliveries, traffic, weather and other circumstances affecting the day's schedule.

Any arrival time provided by our driver is an estimate only and is not a confirmed or guaranteed delivery time.

Authority to Leave / Unattended Delivery

If you are unable to be present at the time of delivery, you may provide Authority to Leave (ATL), allowing our delivery team to complete the delivery without you or an authorised representative being present.

Where ATL has been provided, delivery will only be completed if the driver determines that the property can be safely accessed and there is a safe and suitable location to leave the goods in accordance with the Delivery Access & Safety conditions above.

By providing Authority to Leave, you acknowledge that the delivery will be completed in your absence and you are responsible for the goods from the time they are placed at the delivery location.

If the driver determines that the property cannot be safely accessed or the goods cannot be safely unloaded or left at the property, delivery may not be completed. Alternative delivery arrangements may be required and additional redelivery charges may apply.
