Aluminium Base Plate, Aluminium Face Mount, Aluminium Core Drilled

A non-weld aluminium slat balustrade system for new builds and renovations.

AIRE is built around 65mm × 16.5mm horizontal slat balusters paired with 50mm × 50mm posts. It requires no welding, using patented mechanical fixing technology. A rectangular or oval handrail completes the assembly, and installation suits both core drill and base plate applications. Components can be pre-cut and assembled on site or in a factory, backed by NATA load testing.

Posts are fixed to a flat plate that bolts directly onto the surface of existing concrete or timber decking, allowing quick installation without drilling deep holes.

Aluminium Face Mount

Aluminium Face Mount

Posts are bolted to the side face of a concrete slab, plinth, or retaining wall, keeping the walkable surface clear and suiting edges where top-fixing isn't practical.

Aluminium Core Drilled

Aluminium Core Drilled

Posts are set directly into holes drilled into an existing concrete slab and secured with grout or chemical anchoring, giving a clean, flush finish with no visible base plates.
