Deluxe Wall Plate

Made from stainless steel duplex 2205, this wall plate measures 36mm wide × 55mm high × 22.5mm deep and features a countersunk fixing hole (7mm hole, 12.3mm outer CSK diameter). The rail fits into a 19.5mm deep recess, secured with an M5 grub screw.

A single-point hidden fixing system, engineered for narrow beams and slab installations

Madrid Deluxe is a top fix glass balustrade spigot system crafted from duplex stainless steel 2205, built around a single central M12 fixing with a specially machined nut. This eliminates the need for large core holes or domical covers, making it ideal for narrow or PFC beams and slab installations. Suiting glass from 12mm up to 17.52mm thick, the spigot's 120mm deep mouth and recessed friction packer provide extra clamping strength without requiring holes in the glass, while internal packers allow for panel alignment and tilt adjustment.
