The Madrid system is a frameless glass balustrade spigot system crafted from duplex stainless steel 2205, delivering superior strength and corrosion resistance in harsh marine environments. The range spans core drill and base plated spigots, both friction fit and designed to suit 12mm glass, with a recessed single friction plate and tapered packer allowing precise tilt adjustment. Dress rings, domical covers, and a spigot extender complete the system for a clean, minimal-fixing finish.

Base Plated Spigot

Spigots are fixed to a flat plate that bolts directly onto the surface of existing concrete or timber decking, supporting the glass panels without drilling deep holes into the slab.

Core Drill Spigots

Spigots are set into holes drilled into an existing concrete slab and secured with grout or chemical anchoring, holding the glass panels firmly for a clean, frameless look with no visible base plates.
