This router bit cuts a groove into the side of a Trex square edge board where needed, allowing Hideaway connector clips or Klevaklip hidden fasteners to be used. It fits standard hand-held routers and can be used along the full board length or only where a fastener is required.

Trex composite decking comes in groove or square edge profiles, backed by a 50 year residential warranty and 10 year commercial warranty. Groove boards install with a hidden fastening system, square edge boards fix with deck screws, and thinner fascia boards suit deck fascias and stair risers. Hideaway and Klevaklip fastening systems are also available for a clean finish.
