Pronto | Slotted Mid-Rail Nil Spacing 5800mm

Made from Alloy 6063-T5, this 60mm × 42mm mid-rail is 5800mm long with 150 pre-slotted holes on both sides at 30°, used on spans wider than 1500mm. Slide the midrail along the louvre blades to position, then weld or rivet in place before powder coating. Weld/riveting required.

Pronto Louvres use a slimline 88mm elliptical louvre blade with nil or 9mm slotted spacing, available in weld or non-weld assembly with heavy duty side frames for gate manufacture. The Swift Clip variant secures blades from behind for a continuous floating appearance, with fully adjustable spacing: overlap for maximum privacy and sun protection, or space wider for airflow and light.
