Made from Alloy 6060-T5, this 6100mm long aluminium batten extrusion is available in a variety of sizes, with custom powder coating and timber imaging also available. Depending on the size selected, it mates with the corresponding clip or fixing accessory.

A non-weld aluminium batten system with concealed fixings, for walls, posts, and fencing

Nexia battens use a patented back clip that fixes to the substrate, with the front batten snapping on and caps concealing fixings. The range spans 30mm × 30mm, 50mm × 50mm, Radius 60mm × 30mm, and 65mm × 16mm two-part slat profiles, installed to walls, posts, ceilings, or as a fence with horizontal rails. Long lengths ship at 6100mm, with cut-to-size, flat-pack service also available.
