Visor™ | Aluminium Face Mount ‘L’ Profile - 4000mm

Made from alloy 6063 T6, this 4000mm long L profile face mount base has a sturdy 12.5mm thick base and 11mm vertical profile, machined to take 40 × 50mm × 10mm balusters at 100mm centres. Each baluster gets 2 fixings from underneath and 1 side fixing, with 2 bottom cover extrusions included to hide fixing screws.

An architecturally inspired balustrade system, without the welding.

Visor® is built around 50mm × 10mm vertical balusters at 90mm spacings. It requires no welding. Balusters fix mechanically to a pre-machined base rail, and a snap-on rectangular handrail completes the assembly.



Available in Matt Black, Pearl White Matt, and Mill finish, Visor® suits face-mount and deck-mount applications. A continual run of balusters is possible without vertical posts. Supports horizontal installations and stair/raked applications at 34–37 degrees.
