Aire™ | Bottom Rail Insert - 3022mm, Suits 65 × 16.5mm Slat

Made from 6063 T5, this 3022mm long punched insert suits 65mm × 16.5mm slat balusters, snapping into the bottom rail to complete the system. Punched at 64mm gap spacing (130mm centre to centre), balusters press into place and are held firmly by patented friction legs with no rattle.

AIRE - Vertical Balustrade

A non-weld aluminium picket balustrade system for new builds and renovations.

AIRE is built around 16.5mm square vertical balusters paired with 50mm × 50mm posts. It requires no welding, using patented mechanical fixing technology. A rectangular or oval handrail completes the assembly, and installation suits both core drill and base plate applications. Components can be pre-cut and assembled on site or in a factory, backed by NATA load testing.

Posts are fixed to a flat plate that bolts directly onto the surface of existing concrete or timber decking, allowing quick installation without drilling deep holes.
